These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 498pkr ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://498pkr.cam and all associated pages, content and services (collectively, the "Platform").

498pkr reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform for any reason, including — without limitation — a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or any conduct that 498pkr considers harmful to other users, third parties or the Platform itself.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply following any termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 498pkr is incorporated and operates. Nothing in these Terms limits 498pkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.
